Summary
A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well-established company who have a number of sites within the UK. The company employ over 200 members of staff across a number of divisions.
You will be working on behalf of the company’s ever-growing fencing division. You will be home based but will be required to cover the South West (Bristol / Somerset area) and attend occasional meetings at their South Wales site.
The role is a days’ based position working Monday-Friday office hours.
The Role
The Fencing Contracts Manager will be working closely with the contracts team.
Duties will include:
- Running installation teams on projects
- Assisting with material control
- Full control on site plant
- Handling and ensuring all projects are handed over to our clients snag free
The Candidate
- Vast experience within the fencing industry
- Proven track record for managing multiple contracts on time and budget
- Construction qualifications are preferred but not essential
- Must possess strong team working skills
- Full UK Driving licence
